 Манай гаригийн өнцөг булан бүрт суугаа Монгол улсын иргэд ээ!
Эх орон нэгт ахан дүүс та нартаа ирж буй шинэ жилийн мэнд хүргэж, ажил үйлс бүтэмжтэй, амжилт бүтээл арвин, аз жаргал дүүрэн байхын өлзийтэй ерөөлийг өргөн дэвшүүлье.
Улиран одож буй 2009 он манай орны хувьд төдийгүй олон улсад хүнд хэцүү, сорилтын жил болж өнгөрлөө. Дэлхийн санхүү, эдийн засгийн хямрал манай оронд ч хүчтэй нөлөөлж, эдийн засаг, нийгмийн амьдралд хүндрэл, бэрхшээл учрууллаа. Гэвч манай төр засаг, ард иргэд, аж ахуйн нэгжүүд хямралыг сөрөн хамтран ажилласны дүнд багагүй амжилт оллоо. 2009 онд манай тариаланчид 390 орчим мянган тонн үр тариа, 150.5 мянган тонн төмс хурааж авсан нь дотоодынхоо хэрэгцээг бараг хангах нөхцлийг бүрдүүллээ. Баатарлаг малчид маань эрдэнэт мал сүргээ өсгөн үржүүлж 43 гаруй саяд хүргэлээ.

Монгол Улсыг гадаадад сурталчилж, улс төр, эдийн засаг, боловсрол, соёл, урлаг, спорт болон нийгмийн бусад салбарт гадаад орнуудтай харилцах, гадаадад оршин суугаа Mонгол иргэдийн эрх ашгийг хамгаалахад үнэтэй хувь нэмэр оруулж, харилцаа, хамтын ажиллагааг шинэ түвшинд гаргасан гадаадын болон дотоодын хувь хүн, байгууллагуудад олгох Гадаад харилцааны сайдын нэрэмжит “Алтан Гэрэгэ” шагнал гардуулах ёслолын ажиллагаа ГХЯ-нд болов.

Dear Citizens of the Democratic Mongolia,
Honorable President,
Distinguished Members of the State Great Hural and the Cabinet,
Dear Guests, Delegates, and Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today is the Human Rights Day proclaimed by the United Nations and observed annually by the international community. This process was kicked off 61 year ago with the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” adopted by the United Nations. Since then, the spirit and fundamental principles of this Declaration have become the humanity’s endowment and continuously translated into our life and actions.

“Europe – Mongolian Investors’ Forum” was held in London on December 3 2009. The forum was initiated and organized by the Government of Mongolia with active participation of the European Reconstruction and Development Bank in London. Over 250 delegates attended the forum. The Mongolian delegate was headed by the MP D.Zorigt, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, and delegate includes Vice Speaker N.Enkhbold, MP R.Amarjargal, Head of the Mongolian – Britian Parliamentary group, MP Kh.Jekei, D.Khayankhyarvaa.The forum was started with panel of “the current situation of the Mongolian economy and opportunities”. Other discussion sessions are “economy outlook of Mongolia and impact of the global financial crisis in the Mongolian economy”, “EBRD strategy in Mongolia and its economy” and “The Mongolian investment environment”.
